The Nail Lounge

The Nail Lounge was very clean and organized. They had it decorated with some cute Halloween stuff! I came in as a walk in gel manicure and wasn’t sure what I wanted for my nails. I told the nail tech I wanted maroon with gold accents, and asked him to use his creativity. He showed me some inspiration photos and took his time to make my nails perfect! I’m not local to Sioux Falls but I will definitely come back when I’m in town again!

I don't know where to begin. I have been to several different nail salons, and although a few were "good", nothing compares to this salon. NOTHING!!! Trang was friendly, courteous, professional and she took her time. Her skills and attention to detail are phenomenal. I now consider myself a regular, and will definitely be back. Thanks again! 😊

I had Maddie today. I appreciate her taking her time and making sure everything looked good. She’s very sweet. Jamie did the fall color. She’s very good. I would recommend her in a minute. She’s very meticulous. I love that. She cares about her work💕

I had an appointment scheduled for two services, a full set Gelx and pedi. Well my daughter decided the same day she wanted to come with me for a pedi. When I got there I asked if they could squeeze her in and they said they couldn’t, no big deal if they couldn’t they couldn’t, so I just give my pedicure appointment to my daughter. Well while we’re sitting there another mother/daughter comes in and one of them had an appointment and one of them thought they had an appointment but didn’t actually have one, and somehow they were able to squeeze them in?? Okay horrible customer service to pick and choose which customers you want to make accommodations for, but I wouldn’t even make a review based on solely on this. But on top of that my nails looked like they were grown out right after I got them and it’s 3 days later and I already have nails popping off! I have gotten my nails done for years and never had this happen so soon after getting them done!

I had an amazing pedicure service at the Nail Lounge. The salon is tidy and clean. The staff was professional and also warm and personable. They worked me into the schedule even though they were short staffed today. My nail professional was meticulous and careful with my ragged feet. And the calf/foot massage was incredible-exactly what I needed after a long travel day from the east coast to Sioux Falls. I had a basic pedicure and it was an excellent value. I also enjoyed chatting with the other clients. This salon has a wonderful vibe. I recommend highly.
