2025-07-16Had a great experience with Steven (and Katie) for my manicure and pedicure. He was fantastic and worked within my time constraint. I loved the pedicure and I left quickly without looking at my manicure. When I got in my car I realized the light pink I had picked was a bit see through. I called them and Katie said to come in whenever I could that afternoon to get them fixed. I came in and they were so wonderful and made me feel so welcomed. I usually feel sheepish and bad if I complain but Steven and Katie were fantastic about it. Katie offered to completely redo my nails and do any other color but I opted for her to ombré them instead. She did amazing and worked so fast. She refused to have me pay the difference. Would definitely recommend this place. Extremely professional and they have such wonderful people working there/running the place. I come to Sioux Falls a lot for work and I’ll never go anywhere else again. Thanks Katie and Steven!
