Luxe Nails On Lemmon

I got my nails done a MONTH AGO and still no lifting ( I know I need a fill ) anyways my hands look amazing and the work is amazing. Definitely will be coming here again when I’m in town. 10/10 recommend!!

I’m really disappointed to write this because I truly liked this salon and had been a regular client. Tim was my technician and I went to him consistently every two weeks. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit — when I decided to use the 10% birthday discount the salon advertises — I was suddenly charged an extra $5 for what Tim called a “special shape.” My nails have always been short and square with slightly rounded edges — completely standard. When I politely asked why there was a new charge, Tim told me I was being rude for even asking and hung up on me. I had one solid color, no art, no French tip, and the exact same shape I’ve always had. I even reached out to the salon and sent a picture of my nails, but rather than resolving the issue, they simply directed me back to Tim — the same person who caused the problem. That was the final disappointment. I used to enjoy coming here, but after this experience and the lack of accountability, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Thank you for responding. I would like to clarify a few points. At no time during my visit did Tim inform me of an additional charge for a “special shape.” I have printed receipts from every prior appointment, and the shape of my nails has always been the same — short, slightly rounded square — which has never once incurred an extra fee. I agree that Tim has been polite in the past, and that is why this experience was so disappointing. It appeared that instead of honoring the 10% birthday discount, the difference was simply added back under an unjustified shape fee. There was no miscommunication — rather, a charge was added that has never existed for me before. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, consistency, transparency, and integrity are essential. Unfortunately, this situation did not reflect that. It is disheartening to feel that a regular client was dismissed over a $5 discrepancy. Integrity and transparency matter. Unfortunately, neither were upheld in this situation. I will be sharing this experience on other review platforms so others in the community are aware, and I will not be recommending your establishment to friends or colleagues. Best of luck.

I came in today for a toe overlay and pedicure with Hannah. The salon was busy, which I can understand, but the whole experience felt rushed and disorganized. Hannah was still with another client when a male tech came over and started applying the overlay before my pedicure even started. That didn’t make any sense to me — it felt really unhygienic to have acrylic applied over unclean toes with no soaking or prep. When Hannah finally got to me, she was dry and barely spoke. The pedicure itself was minimal — she only cut around my cuticles, and there was no proper cleaning or soaking. That should’ve happened before anything was applied. I ended up feeling uncomfortable the whole time, and to top it off, I didn’t even get what I originally asked for. The service felt rushed, the process was off-putting, and the attitude was cold. I won’t be coming back. I’ve attached a photo for reference and hope the salon rethinks how they handle cleanliness and customer care — if they even read this review.

AMAZING!!! the ONLY place I trust with my nails! You will walk in confidently knowing that you will leave OBSESSED with your nails! Leo did such a wonderful job, gave me exactly what I asked for and gently offered a change in color for the flower and I’m so happy I let him do his thing! The pictures say it all!! The price is worth knowing that you will be taken care of and your nails you will never regret!

Love it here ! I moved here from Houston and needed someone that could do long nails with designs and K is the man for the job ! The place itself is clean and professional. !
