I just had my nails done here and I absolutely love them! The set is so beautiful, elegant, and exactly what I wanted. The nail tech was so gentle and paid great attention to detail. The salon is clean, relaxing, and the staff are all super friendly. I felt really well taken care of. Highly recommend this place – I’ll be coming back!

My roommate and I live close to this salon and absolutely adore it. The staff is so kind and is always willing to attempt the designs I come in with. They always make conversation and make you feel welcome. Some of my best nails are from this salon!

I wanted some fun designs for my vacation nails, and Linh absolutely delivered! She really listened to what I wanted and helped bring my vision to life. I love the dedication and care she puts into every detail. The whole experience was amazing I felt so welcomed, the service was impeccable, and they even offered complimentary drinks during my visit. Can’t wait to come back before my trip!

I went back to Jessica’s after Stampede because I wanted to treat myself and once again, they completely blew me away! Their skill and attention to detail are unmatched. Linh took such amazing care of my nails; I got exactly what I wanted and even more. I feel so pampered and relaxed This was the perfect choice post-Stampede. You can see the time, patience, and dedication that went into my nails. The customer service is phenomenal! I’ll be back again before my vacation. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: Jessica’s is truly a hidden gem!

I needed to get my nails done at a salon that could accommodate past 5. I did call ahead as their online booking was not working. I did explained I had to be out the city for this event. I asked to please have someone that I would not require a return trip to repair things. I only needed a a French tip. The ladies are very nice. The salon overall in cleanliness and work as per my visit is a 3. Only reason for 1 star rating was the owners approach to my experience. 1. Nails I had to request nails tip be replaced as space between the tip and nail not only can break it can also allow debri and bacteria to sit. Only one was fixed of 5. The lady felt it was fine. After 20 yrs of having my nails done it was not done properly. I can say it was past 6 and they probably needed to close. However I did inquire if that appointment available would be ok since I needed a new set done and a pedicure. 2. My basic pedicure was done and the second lady asked if I do my nails and I replied yes every two weeks I am very meticulous about my pedicure. She said I will only trim a little bit. She removed skin from the edges.Overall it was ok. Upon leaving I kept feeling space under my nails. I brought it up and lady said I can put super glue but is best I come back so she can redo the nails! 3. I sent a message and the owner informed me that I had to request a French cut as I asked why a clear tip and it showed through on the nail with a white line painted, they would redo the nails upon my return. I thanked her for her willingness to fullfill a good service. 4. The evening I had the pedicure my toes were sore. I assumed it was from the skin removal. The owner had already offered to redo the full set. As I arrived the next day I notice my right toe getting red and swallon. By that evening swelling and fluid was coming from it. I arrived 3 days after my trip with same pain, swelling and fluid. A nurse upon checking it was infected, dr. As well. 2 days after swelling and redness the corner of the nails was removed in effort to relief the pain. However an infection was already there. The owner asked me to take her step by step and timing. Only to provide the most passive answer: it looks like the nails was broken after a visit to our salon.... we wish you a speedy recovery. The nail pain had originated since the evening I visited the salon, the nails was indeed infected by the salon before the nails was even removed. Gel polish does not fade or removed if cured properly, they indeed were not cured as the nails had polish come off. I understand they follow AHS standards I was told. However this happened after having nails done here. Pain accompanied by an infection is something you get from improper sterilization of tools. I only speak from having my nails done for 20+ yrs. Do improve on your service and cleanliness and for the safety of others do sterilize your tools. Do understand that something like this is unfortunate to anyone and to my person I was quite disappointment to see your omissive response. Aside from the whole discomfort for daily formal event's and having to wear sandals due to the pain. The photos are from the evening they had been done. As I explained the top looked fine.
