2025-07-25Scheduled an appointment for two pedicures and a manicure for 3:00. 4:40 pedicures not completed and we passed on the manicure as the wait line was so long. I’m really not sure what the holdup was. Going to be a long while before I give this place a try again.

2023-08-05My appointment started at 9 AM and I did not get out of my appointment until 1 PM. I had an individual start my nail process and then in the middle of it says I have other clients and took off and another person had to come up and finish my nail session. I can’t believe how rudely I was treated. And after that session was completed I was highly charged for a process that was not to my satisfaction. I will not be returning. The first picture is post session and the second one is what it was supposed to look like.
