She essentially hand crafted nails for me, I have never felt more happy with my nails!! Cannot recommend enough! Also got a pedicure, super relaxing!

From the jelly soak, fruit & milk infusion, CBD, hot stones, paraffin, and exfoliation to the long, heavenly massage, every step screams luxury. It’s the perfect treat for yourself and an absolutely wonderful gift for a birthday or special occasion. Truly the most pampering and rejuvenating pedicure on Hilton Head! Worth every penny and smells amazing. Tim also did the prettiest French tip with silver instead of white tips and a beautiful flower. It’s been a while since I’ve treated myself and I’m so happy I did! #SelfCare

2024-09-15My friend and I decided to get pedicures during our girls weekend in Hilton Head and chose Royal Nail Spa because of the great reviews. It did not disappoint! The nail techs we had were so great, really fun to talk to, and did an excellent job. The massage chairs are the best either of us had ever tried! It is a full body massage - even arms - and so comfortable. We will definitely visit again on our next trip to Hilton Head!
