Nails So Dep Rivers Ave.

I’ve had more bad than good experiences coming here and this was no exception. I came in with gel polish on my natural nails and just wanted to get another gel manicure. The service took just over an hour, way too long. She spent at least 30 minutes removing the gel polish, knicked me once with the electric file because she wasn’t paying attention, and took a phone call in the middle of my service. I had to ask for the file twice because she left nails on both of my hands crooked. The polish on my left thumb is so uneven and patchy. The service here honestly sucks and I would come back or recommend to come here. I was just agitated the whole time.

I just had my second appointment with Henry, and I can't recommend him enough! He is truly the best when it comes to manicures and pedicures. His attention to detail and skill are unmatched. Each time I've visited, he has made my nails look absolutely flawless. Not only is he incredibly talented, but he’s also friendly and makes the whole experience enjoyable. I always leave feeling pampered and satisfied. If you're looking for someone who knows how to make your nails look amazing, Henry is your guy!

Been coming here for about 2 months…. Brought my daughter in for a mani and pedi, let’s just start by saying she came over, started taking the polish off then started painting. I told her she hadn’t even soaked her feet yet. She said it was okay, she will polish then soak feet. I knew that was backwards. Then she never asked me if I wanted gel polish and applied that. Her nails have spots with no polish on them. So when we got to the register finally and was told the price, I told her that’s not right. She said for gel yes. I said maam you never asked if i wanted gel. So the owner told her to remove it off my 7 year olds nails. They were very rude about it when it’s their fault they never asked questions also doing her pedicure wrong

I have been going to this same nail salon for a few years. I have to say today was worst ever experience to the point I probably won’t go back. There were a few available nail technicians, cause it was not busy at all. I explained to her that I wanted Red and Black nails to match my Halloween costume at work next weekend and was told NO. I thought if I was paying for the service I could have what ever colors I wanted

I don't get my nails done very often, I'm talking once every decade. The acrylic nails I got I think I could have done myself and have them look better than what I got. After applying the tips and then the acrylic I was wondering when she would ask what nail shape is like, and that question never came. I feel like barely any shaping or buffing was done. I had very Sharpe corners, a few nails very very uneven and not straight at the top, and the body of the nail is very uneven and chunky. I've spent a couple hours filing the tips to a rounder smoother appearance, and in a few days I will figure out how to make the whole nail more thin and smooth and more natural looking. Not the best experience, was hoping add this to my self care routine, but I will look for other options to do my nails myself moving forward.
