2025-11-07Best Pedicure Ever! I had a wonderful experience at Posh Nail Spa today in Lexington (in the Lowes Food shopping center across from LHS). I got a spa pedicure with gel and it was really thorough and relaxing. It came with an amazing foot massage that lasted really long! There were so many colors and services to choose from. The spa was clean and very stylish. It was a very relaxing experience! I would highly recommend the Pash Nail Spa!

2025-12-06We love this place! Travel from Chapin. They Take great care of me, my girls and my 90 year old grandma. It's relaxed and our tech makes us laugh a good bit. Massage chairs and a mimosa took the cake!! In hurray or need a relaxing girls day, this is your spot!! 😊💗

2025-08-22Posh Nail Salon is truly the best nail place in Lexington SC! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels calm, beautiful, and relaxing. The salon is always spotless and has such a welcoming vibe and it’s the perfect spot to unwind while getting pampered. Special shout-out to Susan! She does excellent, detailed and amazing. She’s professional and attentive. Best pedicure ever!!! If you’re looking for a salon where you can relax and leave feeling refreshed and gorgeous, Posh Nail Salon is the place to be.

2025-10-18Consistently high quality dip nails; I love Tracy! I am straight forward (no designs or fancy colors) but my nails with her are durable, don’t chip or break, which has been hard to find! Clean and friendly location; I never book ahead but rarely have a wait even when they are busy.
