2025-07-25Bubbles all over my nails, nothing is even. She put tips on and filed them completely off. The entire appointment CINDY was getting up to take personal phone calls, to a point where she forgot what nails she painted and which she didn’t. My mom loves this place so I went on her recommendation- will never go back. Worst experience ever.

2025-08-06My go to is Andy or Ms Lee I love my nails each time they do it they always follow my inspiration pictures and let me personalize it. When I break a nail they always fix it free of charge and fit me in when I need to be. Overall I love the place.

2025-07-13This was my first time at this nail salon. I showed an inspo picture of what style french tip I wanted. I wanted square french tip and my nails curve up. The white paint and acrylic is also see through. I really did not like the outcome of my nails today. For 90, the quality sucks. I wish I just went elsewhere. I will say my pedicure was great & the building is elegant. I just wish she followed my inspo picture!

2025-11-24This place ruptured my nail bed I asked the lady please do not pry my nails off. Please soak them off and she would not listen. I came up about the chair. It was so painful. She acted like she didn’t understand English now I am left with a ruptured nail bed and I tried to go in and talk to them and show them and I was rejected at the door
