Amazing experience! I have psoriasis which makes my nails grow in a weird way, I asked to just make my nails look normal if possible, Sunny did the work! She essentially hand crafted nails for me, I have never felt more happy with my nails!! Cannot recommend enough! Also got a pedicure, super relaxing!

Great customer service and event better out come! Over all everyone here was a joy, I got my toes and nails done! Great details and time put into making sure we had a great experience! 10/10 would recommend you come here!

Just had the Royal Pedicure with Julie at Royal Nails & Spa and it was as the ultimate indulgence! From the jelly soak, fruit & milk infusion, CBD, hot stones, paraffin, and exfoliation to the long, heavenly massage, every step screams luxury. It’s the perfect treat for yourself and an absolutely wonderful gift for a birthday or special occasion. Truly the most pampering and rejuvenating pedicure on Hilton Head! Worth every penny and smells amazing. Tim also did the prettiest French tip with silver instead of white tips and a beautiful flower. It’s been a while since I’ve treated myself and I’m so happy I did! #SelfCare

My friend and I decided to get pedicures during our girls weekend in Hilton Head and chose Royal Nail Spa because of the great reviews. It did not disappoint! The nail techs we had were so great, really fun to talk to, and did an excellent job. The massage chairs are the best either of us had ever tried! It is a full body massage - even arms - and so comfortable. We will definitely visit again on our next trip to Hilton Head!
