Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a salon. I was excited to find a salon near me and really wanted to love it. As soon as I sat on the stylist’s chair I could tell she was rushing. She didn’t introduce herself or nothing. I have very thick and long hair. She was cutting my hair and it was hurting… that has never happened to me before. She also didn’t wet my hair before cutting which made it extremely frizzy. Then after she was done and washed my hair to blow it out, she didn’t even get all the shampoo out she squeezed my hair and there was suds comings off. Then she took 10 minutes to blow out my hair. I got bangs. I couldn’t even see if the cut was good because she was rushing so much. I sat on the chair at 4pm and was out by 4:30. It takes me 40 minutes to dry my hair well. I’m so disappointed. This is how she let me walk out of that salon. I asked for bangs and face framing layers.

I chose Theory Collective based on reviews and was not disappointed. My hair was LONG overdue for some TLC since my last stylist left her salon and I was hesitant to find another. I wanted a cut with color and highlights. Riley gave life back to my hair and it looks and feels amazing. I will definitely be back.

You know that level of comfort you feel when you go to a good friends or familys’ house & you can just immediately feel at home? That’s the vibe they give off for me. They’re so nice & welcoming- it’s almost unreal. 11/10 staff. 12/10 experience- every. single. time. Shoutout to my girl Kenna- she’s so talented & has such a way with curly/wavy hair. Parking can be hit or miss onsite- but across the street parking isn’t bad at all. Sunshine’s good for the soul anyways. Go say hey, at the very least you’ll be complimented 3x before you even leave (told you they’re nice).

The ONLY place I go for my hair! Normally I see Riley for my regular hair cut (she does an amazing job). At my last appointment I mentioned I had a wedding I was attending in a few weeks and wanted a blowout done. She said she wasn’t working that Saturday, but, Madelyn was and set me up with her. Turns out, I was told the wrong time for the wedding and had to move up my appointment last minute or cancel. Madelyn was able to squeeze me in 2 hours early to do my hair. Came out perfect and she even left the curls a little tighter since the wedding wasn’t for a couple hours so they wouldn’t fall out immediately. Both girls are extremely attentive to what they do, and listen to the client. 10/10 service!

Such a girls girl salon! Everyone is so nice and welcoming and it has such a family atmosphere. Reagan is the absolute best, she knows exactly what to do with my hair even when i don’t know how to describe what I want! She crushes the color every single time and it’s such a joy to catch with her each time!!
