I really loved my experience at Happy Nails on Saint James. As a first time customer there my experience went fairly well. I’d honestly give the service itself a 10/10. And the atmosphere alone was amazing. And the staffing there was, so kind and respectful. When they finished I was overly appreciative of my end results. In the end everything came out perfect!.

Great place! Great atmosphere! My normal go to place for almost a year now and I wouldn’t go back anywhere else! Ms. Cathy and everyone else always makes sure you are taken care of! They also do wonderful designs.. Thank you all for great customer service with so much care! I will actually see you this morning! God bless!

I had a horrible experience the day before coming in this establishment. When I say I can in sad and left happy I mean every word. They took their time getting the shape I wanted and did exactly what was shown in the inspirational picture I provided. Definitely will be back! I’m beyond pleased with the customer service ☺️

Got my nails done on 9/26, had to go back 5 days later because a few nails were beginning to lift. I went back and he fixed 4 nails, when all should have been fixed. I know my nails, with that being said I could normally wear a fresh set for 3-4 weeks before any lifting or chipping. The nails in the picture are 11 days old taken today, 10/7 and they look like I've had them done longer. Every nail is lifting and for $200 for a full set and a pedicure is very pricey for unsatisfactory work. I live too far to travel every week! A refund should be given in this case, needing to return before 2 weeks for a 3rd time is absurd. Very disappointed. That was my first and last time going there. Nice people though.

I'll literally never get my nails done anywhere else. My nail tech was so kind and communicative, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. The design was gorgeous and the price was really reasonable- customer for life
