I’ll start by saying the salon is very Aesthetically pleasing and a nice atmosphere. Now, I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel like this needs to be shared. My recent visit here was extremely disappointing and honestly concerning. The technician spent the majority of my service talking on her phone, which made the experience feel inattentive. During my pedicure, she actually caused me to scream out in pain (and I have a very high pain tolerance). I’ve been nipped before at other salons, but the amount of pain and bleeding this time was shocking and unacceptable. She wasn’t wearing gloves, and I can only hope the implements were properly disinfected. Also, I was not impressed with the polish application. Unfortunately, I left feeling more anxious than relaxed, and I will not be returning.

DO NOT GO HERE! WARNING! She worked harder at pretending to do a ped. Than it would have been to just do it. She continued to clip the corners of my toe nails lower and lower to get rid of the hang nail until it got soar. I did let her know three times but with language barriers when complaining suddenly no one understands. See pics of bad ped. Oh and they charged me full price NO TIP!
