Neo Nails

Mick did an amazing job with my nails. He was so precise with everything. I have NEVER had such a nail tech be this thorough with his job. I needed clean and clear for surgery and he did perfect.

Today I had a great experience, everyone was so friendly. The atmosphere was top tier, very clean & organized. Thank you too my amazing nail tech Shari I had a vision and she brought it to life. I left very happy with my birthday nails & toes. She was so funny and had a great spirit.

I got my nails done Sunday and it already looks like I need a fill-in because my nails were half-done. My finger got cut from the drill because how aggressively my nails were being drilled. I winced in pain. I sent the salon a message on messenger hoping to rectify the situation but I was left on seen. I did not want to leave a review like this but this is unacceptable. I am not sure if you know this or not but dry skin does not create cuts. Yes my skin was peeling but it does not excuse a nail tech cutting me by drilling too excessively & aggressively . You did not help the gentleman you sat in the front like you always do when a customer comes in. I will not be returning!!

They are great! Me and my daughter went and they made sure we were both done at the same time and made her feel very comfortable! I love them! I showed my nail tech my design and she took a picture and she mimicked it completely!

Mike did an exceptional job with my pedicure service. I was celebrating spring break with my mom and wanted to treat her to a relaxing spa day and he really allowed me to feel so comfortable the entire time. My favorite part was the massages. He took time, care, and overall made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I would definitely book him again for my services!
