I Love Nails

Top tier salon ! I’ve had the worst experiences with nail salons but I love Nails are absolutely incredible. The ambiance, hospitality and professionalism is what keeps me coming. My black v shape full set was from over a month ago, the grey full set was a refill, not one nail fell off. I wouldn’t choose a specific person because they are all incredible!

Lynn delivered on EXACTLY what I needed & wanted! The customer service was amazing & the facility is super clean. The pedicure chairs…TOP TIER! I have found my nail service provider & will definitely be back!

Best experience ever!! I have gone to multiple places on Harbison and they are the ONLY ones who did my nails perfect THE FIRST TIME!! Waxing doesn’t hurt and is quick and easy!! I’ll only be coming here for my nails moving forward. $134 Wax, Gel on nails and toes, my pedicure I paid $12 extra for a deep scrub treatment (would have been $40 instead of $52)!!Not to mention he manicured my nails beautifully and I didn’t have to ask or hear they’ll charge you extra. Truly an amazing experience!!!

Extremely disappointed. The technicians working on my husband and I were rough (pulling versus a tap - just be courteous.) The lady (booth 5) did the BARE minimum. Failed to shape or file his nails then had the nerve to attempt to upsell him for gel polish. He wanted a pampering day and even wanted a manicure. Talk about not wanting to be at work and it shows up in your work…. That was our experience. Our 1st time here and will never return. Looking for another salon for pedicures now. After seeing how they treated us, I respectfully declined to get a full set. Bad enough we wasted time and money. You’re not about to mess up my hands too. My feet I can hide in some socks. Zero stars. Response to Lyn: No! Absolutely not we will not come back. Both technicians were bad. You all took what was intended to be a husband-wife day out to a horrible experience. I’m absolutely certain the dissatisfaction was on our faces and declining the additional services we wanted when we came in mid-service. Read the room. It wasn’t like it was busy. The vibe you all gave us was “We don’t care.” It was very much felt in the service and experience.

Very impressed. I came to get my nails redone since my previous experience somewhere else went poorly. Last month my nails looked horrible since they were rushed. Today at I💙Nails, i got by far the best service i have ever received getting my nails done. Even when they had 4 walk ins come in back to back, he never rushed. Best nails I've ever gotten, i will definitely be back. Also the prices are extremely reasonable. I got a full set plus 2 colors and rhinestones on every finger. $92. I've gotten less for more. Thank you so very much Justin for making my day.
