J & S Diamond Nail

I’ve been coming here since I moved here in August. The place is spotless, service is phenomenal and they always pay such attention to detail. Each time I come I leave feeling like a new person. Whether it’s a self care day or getting together with girlfriends or even bringing hubby they always provide top notch service. My pedicures always last and looks brand new weeks later. They take appointments as well as walk-ins and super friendly. This is my go to spot and whenever friends ask where to get their nails done I always send them here.

The attention to detail on my service was spot on. My nails look great, I had a relaxing appointment with pristine care. My only forewarning is to make sure to allocate the appropriate amount of time here. If you're in a rush then I recommend you let them know because they can get busy and will stretch the service time with all the customers there. The service I picked came with a complimentary drink, which I was not given but I did not ask for it either so I can't complain. Just a note if that's something you're inclined for in your visit.

I came in for a full set of duck nails and had one of the worst experiences l've ever had at a nail salon. The first woman had NO idea what she was doing--I asked for duck nails and what she gave me looked NOTHING like it. I told her to take them off, and then some man came over acting like he was going to fix it. He claimed they were duck nails (they weren't), and after I told him again that it wasn't right, instead of fixing it, he got aggressive, started clipping my nails off with force, and then told me to get out of the salon. Don't say you can do duck nails if you CAN'T. Don't waste my time, ruin my nails, and then kick me out when YOU messed up. I have pictures to PROVE those weren't duck nails. This place is a joke and shouldn't be charging people for services they clearly can't deliver. Absolutely disgusting behavior. they really deserve a 0 star review. i have what i wanted VS. what i got

Update: exactly 3 weeks later. Going for a refill!!! Hardly any lifting!!! I think I found my nail spot! I was very nervous bc I have wasted a lot of money going g to places and my nails aren’t to my liking… but Kevin did a great job and I love that he uses natural peach color for the base and not white/ transparent powder! If they last and not too much lifting; I’m definitely coming back!

I received the best service here at J&S! Kayla is so sweet and attentive. They offered me a drink and a snack upon my arrival. I received a collagen pedicure and I felt like I was at a spa! I am a basic person so I don’t get designs on my nails, but she can do any design you’d like! I also received 10% off of my total price, all because I came on a Thursday!! If you aren’t sure where to go and you want good service with good prices, J&S Diamond is where you should go! This is my new nail spot!!
