I recently had a pedicure here for the first time. The salon itself is beautiful the chairs, bowls, screens, and music create such a relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service didn’t start out well. The foot massage felt empty, and the overall quality of the pedicure was disappointing. Even the nail cutting was uneven, and after asking (reluctantly) for corrections, I still wasn’t corrected. At that point, I was ready to just pay and call it a day. However, the lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and genuinely wanted to make things right. She arranged for me to see another nail technician, who was also kind and did a much better job. Because of their effort to correct the situation, I’ve given a higher rating than I initially planned. I’d have to think carefully before returning, but I do appreciate how much they cared about making sure I left satisfied. Great front desk service.

I’m sorry. If someone is just learning please only allow them to practice on each other or maybe look after them and offer advice during the process. We are paying too much money to leave the salon like this.Lumps and bumps. The service actually deserves a full refund, but I didn’t realize how bad my nails looked until my sister asked for a picture! New set with tip and builder gel. Two days later one broke in half. I came back and the nail was fixed and another young lady filed all of my nails more to give it shape. I didn’t have to say anything, she looked herself and saw this work. Also my nails were very flimsy for the past two weeks. I was new to builder gel so I didn’t know what to expect. Now I know.

Le Chic is the business I always recommend for those seeking exemplary nail services in a safe, relaxing environment. I've recieved manicures and pedicures from multiple members of their team, and each person has treated me with warmth. They are attentive to your requests and go above-and-beyond to ensure you leave feeling fulfilled with the outcome. Kelly is the nail technician/artist that I see the most. My pedicure was great! Everything clean and sterilized and calming. Tommy did amazing on my birthday nails! I will for sure return. My boyfriend also got a mani and pedi that was amazing and well needed. Amazing and kind staff. Can't wait to go back.

I made an appointment for an acrylic fill and nail art on Saturday and I am underwhelmed with my service. I started with Kelly, she did my fill and shape…my acrylic is extremely thick and uneven on some nails, messy near the cuticles because she did no cuticle prep and I asked her to take a couple of them shorter and do more of an oval shape but instead she was filling the sides and making them pointier. She walked away from me and told me to move stations, I’m going to give her the benefit of the doubt because I also work in the beauty industry and assume she needed to attend to another client who requested her. Tommy came over to finish my service, and he was very sweet and nice to talk to. He finished my acrylic shaping and spent a lot of time on my nail art. He did a good job with the design, but the battery was dying in the gel lamp and some of my nails didn’t cure the way they should have, leaving me with tiny lumps, and did not bring the base color or top coat all the way to cap the free edge and it is peeling and staining from my job on some nails. My over all experience was 1/5, I paid over $100 for my fill with art which is kind of outrageous for the result and experience I ended up with. I gave an extra star for Tommy because he really took his time and stepped out of his comfort zone for my art.
