I had an appointment with Jessica for the 1st pictured nail design. The nail with the black/white dots was where the issue arose. She mixed black gel polish with blooming polish (example pictured #2) however the blooming polish spreads the gel polish and I explained to her that’s not what I want. I wanted black gel polish, create a dot then use white gel polish and put a dot over it. Jessica told me that I picked her, she is the expert and kept asking “do you understand?”as if I am mentally challenged. She could’ve been the president - I am not paying for a service I do not want. When I explained calmly that her technique (blooming polish) is not how the picture looks to me to create the dots she kept laughing at me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. I told her these are my nails, I’m the one that has to look at them every day but At that point I asked her to tell me how much I owe her but she proceeded to explain her “blooming technique” at which I asked 2 more times - how much do I owe you? I go to front desk and the lady offered to assign me to someone else. The young lady was nice and asked me how I wanted the dots and I explained to her that with blooming polish it expands too much to create the dots pictured. The young lady did good on my design (pictured #3) also did a great job on my pedi as well. Jessica was unprofessional and I would never never ever ever go back to her.

I have never had a bad experience at this nail salon. They listen to what you want and make it happen. Also, they are not on their phone or watching something on their phone while doing your nails. I also walk out of here looking glamorous.

I've been several times now and have absolutely loved my experience. My nails look absolutely perfect every time I go and they have so many different skills and abilities and so many fun different paints paint styles. I've gotten a full set, fillings, special French with red cat eye at the end instead of white, and matte. And it is looked excellent every time. Very comfortable pedicure chairs as well.

Have found my new nail home! The Gel X manicure was done neatly and thoroughly. My tech paid detailed attention to my nail needs and made sure I left happier than I walked in. Will absolutely be returning!
