Vannie's Nails and Spa

I am reluctant to leave negative feedback. The overall experience was decent; however, the quality of service provided was very poor. The technician over-filed my nails with the machine, resulting in burns. As I do not frequently have my nails done, I only requested an overlay. The technician filed away more than fifty percent of my natural nail layer, leaving them thinner than ever before. Consequently, my nails are now lifting from the nail bed due to excessive filing.

Always a great experience. Benson does a fantastic job. He is not only fast, but he is also very meticulously about his work. You will find that he is experienced and remembers exactly how I like my nails to look, despite the numerous customers he helps between my visits. Today is no exception, I had an appointment, but they were particularly busy and he made sure that I was in/out of there quickly. Thanks for always making it a great experience.

Vannie’s always does such a great job on my nails. Their designs are spot on and they will do what you ask. Such great people in the salon.

Lena was very sweet and thorough. The pedicure was great. She gave me suggestions and my toes turned out lovely. I would have given five stars, but my nails are okay. They are a little chunky. They're certainly not terrible but not terrific. They're good. I will go back here again the next time I'm in town.
