Exquisite Nails Spa

The nail techs are very friendly and great vibes in there. They all care a their customer hands and nails. I like going here to get my nails done because they all make you feel like family when you there.

Decided to try a new nail spot closer to home. My husband and I made an appointment online-mine with Cindy. When my husband and I arrived the woman up front doing a customers nails was very nice. She asked what we were getting and who we booked with. I was seated next to that same lady since I was seeing Cindy. My husband had to wait a while for his service (past appt time) even though he had made an appt. The salon was not packed at all. Then I was moved to another techs station. I don't think it was Cindy that I saw. This woman looked like she was in HS or college. She didn't seem like she wanted to be there and seemed annoyed doing my nails. I was not able to relax at all. I got a simple squoval acrylic set with black and gold polish. She was trying to watch something on her phone the entire time she did my nails, and kept cutting my fingers with the tools. She seemed annoyed when I flinched from the pain. Painted acrylic on my hands consistently during application and wanted me to wash my hands to get them ready for the gel polish even though my nails were crooked and wide tipped. I had her fix them for the most part. She then had to get acrylic from underneath my nails before gel application. For a first time visit I wasn't impressed. I had to go home and reshape the nails and finish getting acrylic from underneath them. I have heard some of the other techs are better at this salon; just that experience alone made me not want to return. Was hoping for a relaxing day after a rough week, but that did not happen. We will try somewhere else.

Absolutely love Exquisite Nails. The entire staff is so friendly, I love being able to go and the fact that they remember me and welcome me by name. Every time i go I leave with fresh fantastic nails. It’s not just get my nails done it’s a welcoming environment where I feel like I’m visiting friends. I highly recommend them.

Andrea did my dip nails today. She did an outstanding job!!!! She's a super nice girl and I enjoyed talking to her. The salon is very clean and neat. That is a huge plus for me. I would recommend Exquisite Nails if you are looking for a great job ask for Andrea!!!!

Andy is a life saver! I went in with no appointment and terrible nail job from a previous person. Andy took me right in and worked his magic and made my nails look amazing! I highly recommend him!
