Top Nails Exeter

I have honestly never experienced such poor service. Despite having an appointment, walk-in customers were taken before me and I was made to wait over 30 minutes past my scheduled time, with no apology or acknowledgment at all. When I went inside and said I had an appointment, the staff just stared at me blankly as if they didn’t understand. The whole experience was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. On top of everything else, they were reusing their tools on the next customer without sterilising them. I clearly saw the same cuticle-cutting tool being used from one person to another without any proper disinfection. This is absolutely unacceptable and shocking from a hygiene and safety perspective. I was also told they could do the cat-eye colour I wanted. I asked to see it on one nail first and they agreed, but instead they applied a black base to my entire hand without showing me a test nail. I had shown an example of a light red cat-eye, but what I ended up with was a very dark, almost black-toned result that looked nothing like the reference. I clearly said it had no resemblance to what I showed, yet my dissatisfaction was completely ignored. This is a terrible place to receive any kind of service. I would absolutely not recommend it. Such a great experience. I have quite bad anxiety & always hate trying new places. I went in, seen immediately from start to finish. I felt pretty comfortable! Super attentive & the nails look amazing. He pulled out an airbrush machine & I knew that man was locked in on these nails & he KILLED IT ☺️ Took over an hour but well worth it for some beautiful nails. 10/10. (My cuticles are already beat up so don’t blame them for that!)

I appreciate the patience their staffs have but consider the quality of their products I’ll never return to this nail salon. The gel they applied to my nails changed to an unexpected and unattractive brown color shortly after the appointment. I had to go on vacation with nails that looked terrible, which was very frustrating and embarrassing. This has never happened with any other nail salon I’ve been to. I just want to remove them as soon as possible. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning.
