If you’re in Newport and looking for a fantastic nail salon, The Nail Files is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel completely at ease with their warm smiles and friendly vibe. My nail tech (I wish I remembered her name!) was the absolute sweetest. She’s a retired teacher, and it shows in the most wonderful way – incredibly thoughtful, careful, and so attentive to detail. She took her time, made sure everything was perfect, and chatted with me like an old friend. You could tell she genuinely cares about her clients, and that kind of service is rare. If I’m ever in town again, I’ll definitely be back!

Martiza was awesome! She spent time to make sure I was happy with my nails, even when she had other clients waiting. First time she ever tried the chroming, she was patient and willing to try it, and made sure I was happy with them before finishing!! They were all so sweet and I can tell they really care a lot about their clients! Would recommend!!

Worst mani pedi I’ve ever received. While the staff was friendly, the service is too expensive to walk away not in love with the end result. After 3 hours, my cuticles were not cut, the gel was not properly applied, and my toe nails were not filed. I ended up complaining, and was given $20. The “refund” felt incredibly awkward for a $75+ service. Picture is nails directly after.

We booked mani pedi’s for 4 people only 3 staff on . Took clients for wax during our time. Getting a pedicure today at my normal nail place and they take the polish off from my pedi here and that’s what my big toe looks like 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 absolutely disgusting !!!!!

Tiffany is the absolute best. I’ve been going to the Nail Files for the past year and she has always delivered the most beautiful manicure. She has a high attention to detail and quality and is always so kind. I look forward to getting my nails done because of her!
