2025-11-04I had an awful experience at this place. The nail technician didn't understand what I wanted at all. My nails came out terribly. Will never be back to this salon again. The prices are high for the quality of the services provided. My nails are already chipping only two days after the fact... and I got gel nails. I am incredibly unhappy and disappointed. Wish I could get a refund.

2024-01-18I seriously cannot recommend this place enough!!! I’m originally from York and recently moved 5 hours away but I happily make visits back home just to have Nail Central do my acrylics. Beyond how friendly and welcoming the salon is, they are extremely detail oriented. They check in continuously throughout the appointment and really take their time perfecting everything. I have sent others over and they have all said the same!! If you need a nail salon in the York area, Nail Central is IT!! 🩷🩷

2025-08-11I’ve been going to Nail Central for three years and I have the upmost respect for the owner and her husband and staff. they are always clean, thorough respectable, and welcoming to me and my daughter. I feel like they’re definitely fairly priced too! There was somebody on here that commented about getting a towel put over their legs. Nobody wants to be flashed lol I think that’s just respecting the salon workers and the people that come into the salon. I truly believe there’s people out there that like to just complain for no good reason this place is the best my friend told me about it and I tell all my friends and they come here too now with their daughters too.It will always be my place to go for my nails as long as I live in York PA!

During my pedicure, the technician's boyfriend did the work, and they covered my legs with a towel without asking for permission, which felt disrespectful. My nails started falling off within two days. It’s not worth the money—avoid this place.

2023-06-04Amazing! Decided to get a full Gel set. I am a nail biter and my nails looked horrible when I came in. Not a problem though... the lady fixed them up and my nails look amazing now! She did a wonderful job. Much better and friendlier experience than the place I went to at the mall years back. I highly recommend!
