Golden Spa and Nails

It was busy when I walked in but the lady who attended to me was very polite and squeezed me in. I had originally wanted ombré nails with a 3D flower design, but was rejected because they didn’t have the necessary materials/skills (respectfully). Instead, I opted for a more simplistic design and it came out beautifully. Service was quick, nails were very neat, and the workers were kind.

I got acrylics done here only 2 weeks ago, and last night five of them popped off and two more are ready to fall off. I just called to explain what happened, and asked if they could give me some sort of refund or just redo them for me. I was told that after 2 weeks is when they need to get filled again anyway so they won’t do anything for me. I’ve never heard of anybody who gets their nails done every 2 weeks. I didn’t even get an apology.

I was not pleased with the visit to get mine and my friends nails done. Felt very rushed took pictures of what I wanted done and was told the design couldn't be done except for the snowflakes. When the snowflake were put on gaps were left around them and gaps around the nails. Gentlemen was very rough with squeezing when painting and shaping the nails. Staffing was not very friendly at all and prices are very high for very poor done work. Will not be returning to this place. $110 for a basic manicure and a full acrylic set definitely was not worth the trip.

I just got my nails done from a man name Tony. By far the worst place ever I came home and took them off. He acted like he did not want to do nails and I also got a pedicure worse one yet I don’t even want to give them one star. Did not feel pampered at all. Never again. Not worth the money. And everything was dirty

I went here because I had to! My salon was booked and I needed my nails done asap. Big mistake. Place is DIRTY. Stay away! I am very observant and they do NOT sanitize their tools from the previous client or sanitize the chairs! The station i was sat at originally had all their food drinks and snacks out in the open! They were so busy that she drilled off my nails and left me like that for a bit! I asked for coffin nails and she said “i’ll try” and made it seem like a hassle that she had to do my nails and said it was “hard”. I asked for a refill and to fix two broken nails along with cats eye and that alone costed me 55$. I asked her to leave my natural nail alone and just put a tip on and just take off the acrylic from the broken nails and she didn’t listen. What a rip off. She was also rough with my nails and hurt me multiple times. There’s plenty of quality nail salons in the valley and this one is not one of them!
