I used to love this place, they take their clients when their scheduled appointments are and hardly no waiting which is rare for a nail salon. Recent turnover of many nail technicians (for reasons I do not know), has ultimately allowed me to be paired with a new nail tech. This technician has cut me every single appointment I have had with her (4). Almost always guaranteed to have cut my cuticles during grooming, however she has rushed to get me out of my chair the last 2 times that she has filed into my skin and created cuts into my flesh! I am not even upset I was not offered the slightest bit of compensation other than an apology. I just am saddened that the quality of this place had decreased. Cutting me once/twice is a mistake, every time is a problem. Due to the location of my most recent cut (my pointer finger) it causes throbbing pain whenever I try to use my fingers for dexterity or really anything. I will unfortunately be finding a new salon, or desperately scouring the internet to locate my previous nail tech. I give this place 3 stars because the nail art is above average for the area and they take you at the scheduled appointment time. Unfortunately I will no longer subject myself to a week of pain as my cuts heal just to keep going to have them reopened every 3-4 weeks.

I am so happy I found this salon! Em is professional & educated in her field. She does meticulous work. You will leave with baby smooth feet! It is a clean & comfortable space. Its so refreshing to have a nail technician actually care about the health of your feet/nails & taking the time to get the job done right. The service is never rushed & you can tell they care about their clients.

I adore this place! I moved further away and continue to drive to this nail salon because nowhere else compares! I drive from King of Prussia to get my nails done. Today I had Natalie (but all of the ladies are amazing) my nails have never been so perfectly beautiful. They also LAST 4 WEEKS! Try them, you will never get a manicure elsewhere again!

I had an amazing experience with Karina T. as my nail tech! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. I really appreciated how carefully she paid attention to every detail and made sure I was happy with the color and overall look. Her work is top-notch, and I absolutely love the results. Highly recommend her!
