V-Nails Salon

Stay away, you see will be charged a higher price each time you go. The man who does fill ins is a scam artist. Tells you he has no ownership in this business, I doubt that since he controls prices and knows that owners do not get tips and he wants every dime he can get. My first appt. Charged $40.00 Second appointment. Charged $45.00 stated that first appt.he used polish, second he used powder which he charges more for but you won't be informed until check out. Yesterday, my third appointment I requested the polish. Today, upon checking my credit card posts, I found that he Charged me $45.00 instead of $40.00. I just called and (are you sitting down?) He said he Charged me $5.00 extra for shortening my nails the normal amount, nothing more, during the manicure. Every nail salon just routinely rounds off a mm. Or so during the process. He has named this procedure a "cut down " and put his own price on it. Called three local nail salons, none has heard of this cut down term or cost as part of a normal fill in. This guy will cheat you so go anywhere else, not to V. By the way, when your receipt comes out of his credit card machine,, he crinkles it up and throws it in the garbage, right after he tells you, tips must be cash !!!!! You will not find any postings of prices in this place. STAY AWAY.

Absolutely love this place!! Both gentlemen have done my nails and I love them everytime! I can literally wait a month before my fills and my nails aren’t lifting or chipping.! They are all about their clients and making your visit about you!

New to the area and this place is very close to my house. The good: fast, clean, quiet. What went wrong: they 100% fill the nail polish with other colors. I have been getting UPI Lincoln park after dark for 10+ years, I know the color, this is not it. This is way too blue. Not sure I will return.

V nails salon did an excellent, and professional job making my terrible nails look terrific!!

My mom and I went here because our other nail place wasn't willing to take us after I'd call and saying we were gonna be late for our appointment. So we went to V Nails and I must say these guys did not disappoint us at all with doing our nails. Will be returning for sure. We both highly recommend trying this salon out. Attention to detail for sure.
