Angkor Nails And Spa

The worst experience i have ever had in a nail salon. There was a HAIR in my nail. One side of my nail isnt filed at all and scratchy and sharp to the touch. Then every single nail is clumpy and thick. I asked for sharp corners, very sharp. As you can see, those are the softest nails.

I’ve gotten pedicures many times here with no problems. This time I saw a man that I had never seen before. He focused more on massaging my legs than actually working on my feet. I told him from the beginning I really wanted him to work on the callouses. He spent just a couple minutes on taking the callouses off and then started to go to my legs. I asked him to work on the callouses some more which he did for about 30 seconds each. (He probably spent 10 minutes massaging my legs). I went out of town after that and then realized two days after the pedicure three of my toes were chipping off and I noticed another toe that the polish didn’t even cover the whole toe. I then examined my feet further and realized there were still calluses all over both feet. When I was able to, I called to have them fix what was wrong. They said sure, no problem. When I went in it was the same man I saw the first time and he just rushed thru everything. I asked him to please take some time on the callouses and the cuticles, not just fix the polish. He and another woman started telling me I should have told him all this sooner which I responded with that I did. The man would not do any more than 30 seconds on my feet other than fixing the polish. I asked for a manager and they said there was no one there to talk to, call tomorrow. They really made me feel like I did something wrong. I’m very dissatisfied with the service here. Mistakes happen but for them to not to want to fix a service I paid for and actually make me feel like I was asking for something too much is ridiculous. I did not get the service I came in and paid for.

Justin, I came in Monday. I no you were short handed. The lady who did my pedi was good. She filled down my toes and scraped some of the skin to where it was bleeding. Just wanna to give you heads up. I'll be back

Had a wonderful time at this salon. The staff were very friendly and did my nails just the way I asked. Very pleased with our service (my friend and I went together).

First time in years I've maned up and gone to get a pedicure ( wife's request ) the team that works hear at Angkor Nails are extremely professional and very good at what they do. My wife is expecting and thought this would be fun to do right before hand to relax a little. They take good care of you. Very clean and sanitary establishment. I highly recommend this to anyone in the market...and yes men are welcome here to!!
