We had scheduled a styling for my daughter’s homecoming dance. Well my daughter is 17 and didn’t speak up prior to leaving but to say she was disappointed is an understatement. It appears half her hair was styled. I’m surprised the stylist let her walk out like this. If the stylist was newer I would expect that the manager would check their work. My daughter asked to have curls and this is the back which to us is more of a wave.

Can be a little intimidating upon your first visit but WOW. Came in for a last minute cut and style and my stylist was top tier! She asked lots of questions and made sure I was happy through every step of the cutting process and even thinned it out once it was dry and styled. Never had someone care so deeply about how exactly I wanted my hair to look. Will definitely come back!

Shaniah is hands-down the best hair stylist in the area (also better than anyone I have been to on the main line!!) She is accommodating, kind, and makes every appointment enjoyable. Not only that, but she is a color-wizard. She got my hair to the exact strawberry blonde I wanted in one appointment. Other stylists told me that was impossible! Not for Shaniah. Book your appointment! Love this place and especially her

I look forward to my appointments as time to relax and be pampered. The staff is amazing and makes you feel welcome from answering the phone to greeting you at the front desk. Julia is so kind and talented my nails look better every time I see her.

The staff were open and honest about what can possibly happen if I were to put high lights throughout my hair. The highlights turned out “better than she thought”. This was the comment from my stylist. I do not feel like the stylist was polite and accommodating. For an example; she said maybe 10 words to me the 4 hours I was there. Did not ask me about the water temp or how I felt about my hair. I was also quoted for a service with a haircut. Due to the amount of time it would have taken for a haircut, I decided not to get this. The crazy thing was I still paid the first quoted amount ,after the stylist said the services would be cheaper, due to no haircut. The salon is nice and I would recommend to another person, however I would encourage them to be mindful of who they pick for a stylist.
