Brush Nail Studio

I wrote a review previously, not sure what happened to it. I was last here a couple of years ago and stopped getting my nails done due to the experience I had here. After not even a week of getting a full set of acrylics, they started to literally fall off. As they were falling off, I noticed I had fungus under the nails. I did not work any type of hands-on job, nor was I around chemicals frequently, so the acrylics falling off were not due to any fault of my own. I contacted the business because I already had a future fill appointment scheduled, and all I got was a “we are sorry this happened” and an offer to make my fill appointment into a new full set appointment, which I ended up cancelling obviously due to what happened with the last set. In my last review that isn’t showing anymore, the business responded that they had offered me a new set free of charge and to look at the fungus issue, and that I “declined” both - this is very much not true.

Nathan did such a wonderful job on my nails and pedicure! My friends and I came as a group and the whole Brush team was so accommodating and kind. We had an amazing experience and we will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend! Edit: I’ve come back to Brush many times since this review and they’re always top notch! I read multiple reviews about Brush and noticed that many employees had great reviews. (I didn't see anything negative, so I made an appointment.). Brush was able to get me an appointment the next day and on my first visit, I was pleasantly greeted by the friendly owners. They confirmed my name and appointment. The Studio was busy and full of customers and staff happily chatting away. Good vibes, fun atmosphere, with music playing in the background. The Studio was clean, neat and organized. Every employee that I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. Nathan did my dip manicure and he was awesome! Very meticulous and paid attention to every detail. He asked several times if I was comfortable, he asked if he needed to make any changes to the nail shape and was so good with the dip powder that he only needed to buff my nails by hand upon completion. I've found my new, favorite salon! I'll be back for sure!

Although this salon has just opened, I have gone to the owners for my nails over a year now, and I am addicted. You won't find nails done this well for such reasonable prices anywhere else. They are truly exceptional and offer amazing customer service. I truly look forward to my appointments. 10/10 recommend!

Brush is an incredibly unique nail salon experience. Everyone is so friendly, kind, and funny. After a few visits they start to feel like friends. I’ve gotten my nails done by a few of the techs. I definitely have my favorite but they’re all meticulous and take their time with every design. The entire studio is also hygiene conscious and asks everyone to wash their hands before beginning service. A minor touch but one I appreciate. I would recommend Brush to anyone in the Pittsburgh area!
