La Maison Nails Spa

Ryan was so friendly and time efficient! I came in as a walk in and I thought I was gonna have to leave and come back cause I was on a bit of a time crunch cause I was on my work lunch. He just straight up asked how much time I had and got to straight to work. 30 min later I had the fastest refill done EVER (and he repaired 3 nails) and the shape is everything couldn’t be happier!! Will definitely be back again when I have more time to get a design :)

Best nail spot in Philly! Ryan is SO accommodating and kind. I’ve always been so nervous to try new designs but not anymore! He always checks in with me after each nail and makes sure I’m happy before we move on to the next one. One of my favorite things about La Maison is their generous policy about fixing chipped nails. Can’t recommend La Maison enough!

DON’T GO HERE!! This is the worst nail salon I have gone to, and I have been to a lot. I got acrylics done for my Europe trip, and 5 of my nails fell off within 5 days. Each nail also became loose, so when I would wash or brush my hair, it would pull on my hair and get stuck under the nail. It was very disappointing because I paid $57 for them and wanted them to look nice for my trip. After my trip, I went to get them off and asked to pay half the removal price since I only needed to get 5 nails removed, and they still made me pay the full price. Not only that, but the nail lady made annoying comments, like saying I had hair stuck under my nails. It was literally because you guys did such a horrible job. It also hurt when she took them off and still hurts!! I can’t even get them redone somewhere else because they need to recover. So in total, I spent $70 for nothing. Complete WASTE of money. Don’t go here unless you’re looking for trashy quality and for your nails to hurt. Anyways, if anyone has recommendations of actually good quality salons in the city, please let me know! When I was there, there was a woman who got here toes done, and they said that she was good to go. She came back 20 minutes later because nail polish had smeared all over her foot, so they clearly have a trend of bring low quality and hiring people who do not know how to do their jobs.

I absolutely love going to get nails done here! Customer service is always professional and friendly. Store is very clean and welcoming. Ryan always does such beautiful nails and has such attention to detail. Definitely recommend checking them out!

I’ve been going to Ryan for years and love my nails everytime. He’s ALWAYS accommodating, kind, & pays attention to detail. I’m always looking forward to trying new designs and letting him get creative, he’s the only one I trust with my nails!
