NAILBAR BETHLEHEM

After experiencing some pretty gossipy and dirty popular salons in Lehigh Valley (*cough Magnolia Nails), I branched out to find something new. I found Nail Bar and had Lynn as my tech. I think the first thing that stood out was her politeness and warmth, the cleanliness of the salon, the genuine warmth of the other employees with smiles, and the music. But most importantly her skill and way of working. I was there for an acrylic fill. First she didn't cut me when filing and trimming cuticles, which happens frequently to me! I gave her some general direction on design and she knocked it out of the park. She also took a lot of time curing each layer which I think experienced techs know is key to longevity of nails. Will definitely keep going!

Sharing to warn the next person and save their nails... I got a gel manicure and asked for a nude color with blue flowers. During the removal of the old gel, my nails were burning in pain and the tech kept saying “oops sorry” repeatedly. A few hours later, my nail broke while putting something in my trunk. My nails are so brittle and ache. I feel them bending so easily and they never were like that before. I didn’t even get the look I had asked for multiple times. When it came time for the flowers, I was passed to another tech who was given the blue polish and instead painted them white and would not do a simple flower on each finger, even after I asked. I have a wedding this weekend and didn’t want white flowers for that reason, but after being there for an hour and a half, I needed to be done. Edit 3 weeks later: I took my gels off with my usual acetone soak and my nails are paper thin and see through at some points. I was always so proud of how healthy they were and now they’re completely ruined. They break every time they grow past the nail beds so I’m constantly having to trim them and deal with the discomfort. It’s impossible to do anything because everything I touch hurts my nails. Please save yourself from this painful experience.

An unexpected emergency came up with the nail tech I had my appointment with, and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get my nails done before an important event. Nail Bar Bethlehem were so incredibly accommodating—working around my schedule and getting me in immediately. That kind of flexibility and customer care is rare, and I’m beyond grateful. The service itself was flawless. My nails look perfect and I have gotten so many compliments on them! The atmosphere is relaxing, and every single staff member went out of their way to make sure I was happy and comfortable. It’s clear they truly care about their clients. If you’re looking for a place that’s clean, friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile, Nail Bar Bethlehem is it! 💅✨

One of the cleanest nail salons I have been too. Got me in quickly even though they were very busy. The foot massage was pretty good and the technician I had was friendly and we actually had good conversation. The snowflake is a nail sticker though and typically I get hand paint design. I didn't ask for hand paint though so I'm uncertain if she could of done it. This is the 2nd time I have went and the first time she did hand paint two-tone (black & white french). I will go again and I so far recommend you trying it out. I had Tina this time and Amy last time.

I went here for the first time yesterday. I live in Bethlehem during the school year, but I had yet to get my nails done in the area (I’m super picky about my nails, so finding a new salon was daunting.) So, when my boyfriend suggested he take me to get my nails done this year as a Valentine’s Day gift, I asked around to find out where the best nail salons were. A friend of mine showed me some of the beautiful nails she had gotten done here, so I decided I’d try it for myself—and I’m so glad I did!! First of all, they were able to get me in exactly when I wanted—although they were busy—and were gracious when I had to cancel my original appointment last-minute due to an unexpected illness. When I finally got to go in the next week, I was impressed with how clean, organized, and professional, and welcoming the environment was. The staff were so friendly, and my nail tech (I think her name was Emmy) did an INCREDIBLE job with my nails. She was efficient, yet took her time to make sure each nail was flawless. And, not to mention, exactly like the photo I showed her. As someone who normally opts for nudes or french tips, I was so glad to have her as my nail tech when I decided to venture out and try a vibrant pink with a chrome finish! The next time I need to get my nails done in Bethlehem or recommend a place to a friend, it will certainly be Nail Bar Bethlehem. 🩷
