Amazing Nails Salon mt pleasant

The service here, is one of a kind. After being done wrong at a nail salon I went to for years, this place is by far my favorite due to the top tier customer service. Smiling faces the moment you walk through the door, to being offered a drink and the fast service. I’ve been coming here for roughly 4 months or so, and won’t go anywhere else. I’ve had the pleasure of having 2 techs. The first one being Emma for my nails. Shes fabulous, and makes sure everything is perfect before you leave. She makes you feel like family and her skills are top tier. The second is Eric, who came from the last salon I was at. Let me tell youuuu, I was stoked as he did my nails and toes there. Kinda like a girl in high school excited to see her crush 🤣. An amazing tech hands down . Carries great conversations, takes his time on my toes ( at both locations ) and has a great personality all around. He’s one of a kind!! If you have the chance to have either of these techs, jump on it and I promise you that you won’t regret it.

I absolutely LOVE this nail salon! Every visit is a treat, and I can’t say enough good things about the staff—especially my favorite techs Ricky, Emma, and Kate. They’re all incredibly talented, friendly, and consistently go above and beyond to make sure I leave happy. The nail designs are always stunning—super creative and detailed. I constantly get compliments on my nails thanks to them! The salon itself is spotless, which I really appreciate, and the whole atmosphere feels fresh and relaxing. Oh, and did I mention the mimosas? Such a fun little touch that makes the whole experience feel extra special. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-tier nails and great vibes all around! 💅✨🥂

Truly Amazing – Just Like the Name Says The name Amazing Now truly reflects the quality of their work and customer service. From start to finish, everything was smooth, friendly, and professional. A special thank you to Nina, who did my nails — she was absolutely wonderful! She took her time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure I left happy with the results. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in her work. It’s rare to find a place where great service, warm attention, and top-quality results come together so perfectly. Highly recommended!

About a month ago I went into Amazing Nails for an acrylic full set since I had a gift certificate. I was going on vacation the following week and wanted my nails to look nice for the trip. In the past I have consistently got acrylic nails on and off for 5 years. Recently I started doing my own gel nails, so after the trip was over I decided I wanted to remove the acrylics and continue doing my own gel. That being said when I first went to the salon for the full set I made an appointment for 4pm and was not seen until 40 minutes after my appointment even though I was on time. My friend also has an appointment at the same time and waited almost as long as I did. This was frustrating to me since I had an appointment. I understand having to wait if you don’t have an appointment or evening being a little behind schedule, but this to me was extremely inconsiderate. I went back to get the nails removed and the nail tech used tips to remove the acrylic. I said to her that it was hurting me and she stopped but not until after ripping my nail off causing me to bleed. She used this method for my entire left hand which is now ruined. All of my nails have been ripped and are super thin. It’s actually quite funny because the nail tech said while she was doing this hand that “your nails are so thin” which is because she did not properly remove the acrylics. After I communicated with her that she was causing me pain and my finger was now bleeding she decided to soak the right hand and use the drill. My right hand’s nails are healthy and not thin. I don’t know why she would ever thinking using a nail tip to rip off acrylics would be a good idea. I am very frustrated because now I am in pain and cannot do my nails. I told the front desk about my experience when I went up to pay for the removal and she asked if I wanted them to fix it. I explained while I would love that it can’t really be fixed now that my nails are destroyed. I am giving two stars because after continuing to express my frustration and telling them I was uncomfortable paying for this service they agreed. That is the only reason I am not giving 0 stars.
