Hailey was awesome! She spent so much time with my 10 year old, making sure she got the style she wanted! Her hair came out fabulously and my daughter loves it! It was a one of her birthday gifts. We’d go back again, it was money well spent!

I wanted to get my hair highlighted without spending a fortune, plus my normal salon was booked months out, so I’m very thankful that I stumbled across Walk With Scissors on a google search. I used to get my hair cut at an Aveda campus in Florida and loved seeing students! I didn’t select a preferred student ahead of time, which is good because I got switched around last minute. I’m so glad I ended up in Allison M’s chair because she worked absolute MAGIC on my hair!!! I went bold and opted for a full highlight, haircut, blowout, and curls. I wasn’t sure about what tones I liked or how exactly I wanted my hair cut, but Allison and her teacher were amazing at suggesting what would look good with my hair type and base color. I showed them pictures of highlights I liked and things I didn’t like about my previous color/highlights. Full highlights are a long process, so bring snacks and a good attitude. I had a blast talking to Allison all day. The other students were so kind to chip in and help with things when needed and were fun to talk to as well. You cannot beat the price of the services here ($5 haircuts??? $65 full highlights???) but PLEASE remember to tip these students as you would anywhere else.

I had my hair done by Madilyn , a current student. She did a deep conditioning treatment, haircut and style. My hair is naturally curly so that is a challenge in itself with giving a haircut. Not only did she take her time but made sure I was comfortable but made sure I was happy with the progress as she moved along. Great experience! Definitely recommend!

Lily M did a great job on my hair! She pays attention to detail and you can tell she’s passionate about her work. The salon/school was so inviting with the decorations and music. Ryan is always friendly when greeted. Maddie helped Lily with a few details as a team member which was kind. Izze was next to Lily and she was very friendly and professional. I love seeing these girls grow!

My experience was enjoyable , relaxing, and so professional. I love my hair!! The products used seemed top quality too. My stylist was very knowledgeable and excellent!! I highly recommend her and the school!
