I got my nails done on Friday at 3. My pinkie nail started lifting on Saturday morning, my thumb started chipping and my other pinkie completely popped off Sunday. I messaged her and asked her when she could fit me in. Our schedules did not align and although that was an inconvenience, which I voiced to her, I understood and was going to take time off work to get it fixed. She told me to book on her site, but then blocked me from booking on the site and stopped replying to my messages. She did not take accountability for the messed up nails and especially did refuse to fix her mess ups. I ended up blocking her on Instagram because I’m just going to get a whole new set somewhere else. Save your money and go somewhere that’s more professional and just better overall. Edit after response from owner- You told me to book on your site but then blocked me from doing so (screenshot attached). I know you blocked me before when I logged out, it allowed me to move forward with the booking.. until I logged in. So you absolutely blocked me through the booking site and then ignored me on instagram. Don’t try to gaslight me into thinking it was just a scheduling issue. I have proof you ghosted for days. It has nothing to do with scheduling. Another edit: I was blocked. It wouldn’t even let me click on any time slots. But I was able to move forward on my work computer UNTIL I signed in. So you blocked and ignored me on IG- screenshots attached. I went to your salon twice, and this second set is bad. Period. We can keep going back and forth, but you still have yet to take accountability for this bad set. I don’t even need you to, it’s not that serious, but you keep justifying it when I just wasted my money.

She was so kind and sweet and truly cares about a girls nail health, she did my toes and nails and it all came out to a pretty fair price for what she was working with. Recommended anyone who hasn't ever gotten their nails done here if youre scared. 10/10

If you want quality, quick service, a great conversation and great prices; Cathy is your girl. I came in today for my first service ever from her and I’m definitely going back! She got me in and out for a mani and pedi in less than two hours, gel polish and all. She’s someone who’s honed in her craft to perfection and will do everything in her power to make it the best experience for you.

Just walked out of there! I love the service. Cathy was so sweet and enthusiastic. She was her authentic self didn’t seem like she was forcing a conversation. She is so easy to talk to and really made time fly with our conversations. She greeted me with a smile and offered me beverages or snacks. And she gave me what I wanted and more and the pricing seemed perfectly OK with the service and the attitude that she brought to the table 10 out of 10 would come again. And highly suggest going to her.
