I was in 11/1. I got a simple set. They are so sloppy and not worth 60$. A lot of them aren’t the same length. And the “ coffin “ shape isn’t there Prices state 40 for gel full set. So I’m confused why it was 20 over. Really disappointed as it was my first time here. Some nails are even way to small

I went in as a walk-in. And let me tell you I gave them the design that I wanted and they did an amazing job. I like my nails really long and maybe it was a little bit more than a regular set but the design that I chose was not that easy either. I feel like the price is very fair and I really love the service that they provided. The lady who did my nails was very sweet. My appointment is coming up tomorrow and I literally can't wait to do a new style of design. I'm very happy with the work that they did. I read a few reviews of some of the work and people had a lot of complaints but at the same time I have to say I don't have any complaints. I'm happy with the job that they did. The Establishment was very clean and all the staff was very courteous. I look forward to continue doing business with this establishment. The only one thing that I may suggest is that they can probably get some more nail charms because I'm a little bougie LOL I like lots of designs and choices. But other than that I'm happy

I have gotten my nails done here a couple of times and it’s always been a sloppy job but i never cared enough to complain about it and i just left it alone but i just went in a got my nails done and it’s actually ridiculous on how sloppy the job was done by the male nail tech in there he was rushing cut my cuticles and then continued to charge me an extra $5 for them being “long” these are the shortest nails i’ve ever gotten done, if you would see my other sets they were just as bad not smooth all bumpy and the nail designs were terrible. the women techs are sweet but the male tech literally rushed and didn’t even attempt to make my nails nice.

Not happy with this place anymore , every time I want someone different to do my toe nails or my designs it seems like it’s always a problem been going here for years to the one in the mall until they just switched over to this location because of the situation that’s going on with the Hanover mall and I stoped going before to the location in the Hanover mall because of issues now that they are located over on Fredrick street my sister , niece, and me went there for the first time to that location last night and we always get gel and two designs we took notice they seemed to be rushing doing our toe nails on top of that my sister was charged more then what she normally pas for what we get done not only that my nail polish was already coming off my big toe by today the hole top coat was lifting cause there was a lot of top coat that was on the side on my toe on my skin not only that I don’t like how they do my big toes so I let them paint them but he went to file them with the machine till I reminded him I don’t get my big toes done and nipped some of my big toe nail off the side didn’t take notice of it at first cause it was filled in with nail polish so you couldn’t tell until I want to bed and my chipped toe nail kept grabbing my blanket and that’s when I knew something was wrong and looked and touched my toe and seen the piece was missing and filled in with nail polish. So hopefully it was just a bad day for them or something and it doesn’t continue to happen for my sister and niece but I know I won’t be back to get them fixed.

Today, I called 3 nail salons at around 12:45 to see if they could fit me in at 1:30 and only this one could. I went in and picked a color, and it took about 10 minutes before I was matched with a tech. I got Ling who was the sweetest! She did an amazing job and very quickly. I loved her and my experience at the salon. It was 55 for this full set. Thank you so much!! I had a great time and will be back.
