Absolutely love coming here! Kayla and Ken are such sweethearts! Henry gives an amazing pedicure, and I love having Kayla or Hannah do my nails. They never disappoint.

Added a photos there’s nail polish all on the sides. My cuticles are horrible. My nails are bubbling at the tips. He didn’t cover my entire nail. They are bumpy and un even This was after they were “fixed“ I was told I can come back anytime this week to have them fixed AGAIN and when I had mentioned, I didn’t think it was fair to have me pay full price they took five dollars off. Extremely disappointing experience for anyone, but especially for the fact that I have three young children it’s hard to get out and I never do anything for myself.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been here before never had as bad of an experience, today was awful and waste of $37 because I will need to go somewhere else to fix this mess. I got dip powder, i get dip all the time and it’s never spotty. I asked for a matte top coat before the matte coat was put it they were spotty and she tells me that’s how it’s supposed to look, sample nail it was not spotty. Also she cut my cuticles, when she put whatever on it burned them and with attitude she tells me she didn’t cut me, I could tell she cut too far down but didn’t realize till after I left there was a little blood on 3 of my fingers. I am not someone who complains and I never write reviews, this lady was rude about everything and I wasn’t going to tip anything but I felt bad and gave her $2 and said thank you and I got no response. I did not appreciate the attitude I received from her and also the fact I was standing for 10 minutes after that waiting to pay. Worst experience I have EVER had.

I cannot recommend this place. I’ve had two bad experiences here, both with the older gentleman. On my first visit, I asked for a gel manicure with a simple design. He aggressively removed the acrylic, overused the drill, and scraped my nails uncomfortably. The design looked nothing like what I requested. My nails were left jagged on the free edge and I had to file them when I got home - and I painted over them bc I decided I could not live with the design. I included a photo of what I asked for (nude with simple black line), and what I got. (Note: I asked for hot pink lines instead). Despite vowing not to return, I went back to have hard gel removed. This time, he nipped my finger, over-filed my nails, and even cut my nail bed with the drill. My nails are now damaged and extremely sensitive. They will take months to heal. Attached photo of bare nails from just a few months after this happened. I cannot express enough how painful this process has been - especially in the beginning. It hurt to even wash my hands. Update: My over filed nails caused extreme pain and I’ve had to find someone that was willing to work with my nails in that condition to protect them with a thin gel layer while growing them out. It has been just over 5 months since this happened. They still aren’t grown out entirely. This has cost me a lot of extra time and money.
