2025-11-29I booked my appointment through the website easily. I was immediately taken back to start my nails with no wait. Kevin did a great job with my nails. Tina did the design she is truly talented. I will be going back next time.

2025-05-27I came in with my daughter because they have a kids pedicure chair. My daughter wanted her toes and nails painted and I got a pedicure. Everything seemed fine and the women was nice. But at no time was pricing provided. I was shocked when paying that it was $145 for my pedicure and a kids toe and nail painting. Then I looked at my feet and my daughters when we got home and couldn't believe how terrible a paint job she did. I could have painted them better. The only reason I go to a salon is for a good paint job. And there was no one else there so no reason to rush us. I would never ever go back.

2025-05-25We visited Q-1 for the first time today, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. My daughter had previously gotten her nails done elsewhere, but they broke within a week and she was pretty disappointed. This time was completely different. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and well-kept the salon was. There was no wait—they took us back right away. We explained exactly what my daughter wanted, and the team worked their magic. She had specific colors, shapes, and designs in mind, and they brought her vision to life perfectly. She couldn’t be happier! The staff was incredibly welcoming, offering us beverages and chatting with us throughout the visit to make sure we were comfortable. Their attention to detail and customer service really stood out. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for such a great experience!
