if i could rate this a 0/5 stars i would. yesterday i went and got a full set of acrylics and a gel pedicure. my pedicure was genuinely the worst thing ive ever seen. the guy doing my toes took a break every 15 mintues go to smoke. i asked for french tips with red and green instead of white. he said okay. he then proceeded to paint a half circle on my nail and missed half of it. he also panted my skin and blamed it on the fact that my toes were too short. they were not. i asked him to re do them with just painting the whole nail red and green and he said yes and said he couldn’t do french because of my toe nails being too short and couldn’t see good. then why would he tell me that before hand?? so after that, i went to get my acrylics done with him and he missed half of my finger nail too. i had to ask him to please paint the whole nail. i then asked for a design and got sent to Tina, which she did good with. everything went good after that, so i thought. the next day, all of the jems (4) i got on my nails came off, not even 24 hours later. all of the nails were lifting as well. i have been getting my nails done since i was in 5th grade and never once has this happened. i called and the owner answered. i asked for a refund and she refused to give me one and said that they can re do them for free. i had told her that i didn’t have a good experience there and would just rather get my money back. she said that they don’t give refunds if the the customer doesn’t like the service (??)… so i went in and got them redone. i got yelled at because i was “taking up too much time and putting her other clients behind” when i told her i got a design on a finger. she got annoyed with me and told me to come back tomorrow when someone else can do the design. i told her that it wouldn’t work because i needed them for my birthday today. i told her that they were wasting my time since i had to come back once, since she had the nerve to say that i was taking up her time! i asked if she could just do a red french tip then since she doesn’t have enough time. she looked at me in disgust and proceeded to paint my whole nail red and then used acetone to make them look french. i was completely disgusted. she told me that that’s the best they can do and told me to have a good day. safe to say i will NEVER be back. do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. also when i got home, i found out my nails glow in the dark. (which i didn’t ask for if you couldn’t tell). they used a glittery acrylic base (and apparently glow in the dark), which i didn’t ask for, so you can see sparkles on the base of my nail. i will never be back.

My daughter went to get her nails done. Cost $80 and looked like a toddler did them. From the shape, thickness, uneven, chunks of acrylic/dip, nails being super crooked, to the design, it was AWFUL I had to take her to get them redone. I didn't see them until we were in the car and she wouldn't go back in.

Had a wonderful experience visiting this salon. We are visiting Latrobe from the west. Staff was friendly kind and took great detail in making sure we loved our nails. When we visit we will return.

I love this nail salon! They are now open on Sundays for the summer which is very convenient. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel beautiful!

Horrible they don't know how to paint nails They are sloppy and they damaged my nails Save your money go across the street. The owner sits there and says nothing when her employees get rude. They are so rough I spent all kinda money through the month for better nails And Kar just rips my nails apart with a file . And all well being rude well she did. They charge a different price every time . When I get the same thing each time . Just do yourself a favor stay away
