2024-12-04I normally don’t do reviews but if I can save someone from wasting their money so be it. I tried this place once before for a manicure and it was only ok, overpriced for the work in my opinion. However my husband got me a gift card and after 2 years I found it and decided to use it for Christmas nails. It was $45 worth and I decided to use it towards a full set. I always get gel, I couldn’t tell you the last time I used regular polish, but mid way through the tech told me it was an additional $35 dollars JUST to get gel polish. $35!!! I decided to get regular polish, and a simple candy cane design (literally just white lines) on 2 nails. That was an extra $20. Not to mention it was the furthest thing from Candy cane looking lines I ever saw. By the worst part was within 2 days of getting the set, 3 nails popped off. So easily that I didn’t even realize the first one was gone until I looked down. Shortly after 2 more fell off. I called them and explained and they said to come in and they’d fix them. So I did, and they fixed the 3 nails that came off. The VERY next day, 2 more popped off!!! That’s literally HALF my nails falling off in under 4 days. Absolutely unacceptable. For $75 including tip those nails should have lasted a month. I’ll never go back and will steer anyone I know away from this place. Sorry Noble!

2025-08-26I’ve been a customer for 20 years. I love this place. The hot stone massages are wonderful and Esther is such a kind woman - the staff is friendly and accommodating and it’s calm. Brilliant.

2022-05-05We came and the green tea pedicure $60 each, feeling paying $120 for nothing. The pedicure is very fast but the massage with the timer for 15 minutes and total time was about less than 40 minutes. I feel like a regular pedicure. The lady who takes care for me did not care to smile, to talk or to ask me what shape I like for my nails, would I like to cut my toes nail or not she didn’t even care to take off my nail polish completely. Will not come back since I think I can get better service in some other places.
