2023-02-17Jane and the staff at Tips and Toes are absolutely wonderful. They are talented, considerate, and efficient. No nail salon I've been to compares! Even though we've moved to a new area, I'll continue to drive back to Tips and Toes! Not only are they amazing for my needs, but they also do my 3.5 year old's nails and toes, and she loves it here! So sweet!

2022-07-03I asked for smiley faces, the ones with the different colors is the inspiration picture, and I ended up with the white nails. I did ask for a color change (that was supposed to be a light blue) but other than that there wasn’t supposed to be any difference. I asked for them to redo them due to it being all wrong and horribly painted. They told me no due to it being close to their closing time. I told them I didn’t want to pay for something I wasn’t satisfied with and they told me that it was exactly what I asked for and basically told me it was my fault. I am entirely unhappy with this service and if I could give a 0 I would’ve. I had to pay 30 bucks for nails i didn’t like. The icing on the cake was then calling me the wrong name entirely when they said their version of “sorry”

2022-07-13I usually go there but my last visit was my last straw. My sister asked for smiley faces and she got a straight face.. Then when she asked for it to be redone they said “no its fine just stay with them” as if it was their nails. My nails are already chipping. I usually go with the guy but inside I went with some other lady with glasses who was not very nice with my nails. My appointment was at 3:00 I didnt start till almost 5. She took costumers that she was close with before me and my sister went. This place was great as first but this last trip ruined it all for me.
