This is by far the best gel manicure I’ve ever had!!! Flora did an amazing job. She’s super detailed and very kind. The salon is in a beautiful space and it’s a private and relaxing environment. I highly recommend Flora. I can’t wait to go back!

On Thursday, February 16th I went for gel manicure service. Due to good reviews on the website my sister chose this salon but the service was not what I was expecting. Cindy was to busy to sell me the organic products they have and the nails job was done incomplete. She forgot to put the shiny coat on the left hand when she started putting the lotion on. I came home very disappointed from the service one hand shiny and the other not as much. Two days later the manicure start chipping of and later that day start peeling like fake nails. I complaint on the website and Cindy called and schedule another appointment for the next Thursday. I went again and handle her all the nails peeled on a plastic bag. She was surprised how thin they were. She took her time this time trying to do better job but she was blaming the material (manicure bottle) were too old because the other worker left for more than one year and nothing is being changed since then. That was very shocking to hear especially for the expensive price the salon charges. I did the gel manicure again and left. Honestly better looking than the first time and I was hoping to stay longer but Saturday morning I realized two fingers start chipping again. I made another complaint and Zhana, the manager, offer to refund the money. Very disappointed with the service! Never again on this place P.s. the picture with fingers closed together is from the second service. The other ones are from the first service

Such a lovely experience! Everyone was kind and welcoming, and the service was excellent. I felt so relaxed the whole time. Highly recommend!

Andrea has been cutting/coloring my hair before she started working at Sedona with the previous owner. Always a great experience.
