Head Over Heels Salon

The staff was so friendly and so helpful with my hair. I felt so comfortable, and even when I didn't know exactly what to get, my hair stylist, Kylie, knew what to do and created this vision that I didn't even think about. She took the things I did not like about my current hair, and what I wanted to accent on my hair and make special. Kylie was so easy to talk to and helped me find some new products to keep the amazing color she did on my hair. I absolutely understand why they are booked out so much! Amazing job overall!

My daughter loves Ayanna and her braid appointments! Whenever we drive by Head Over Heels, she says, "Hi, salon!" And excitedly talks about how she gets to go there to get her hair braided.

Amazing salon! Everyone is always so friendly! Ayanna did such a great job making sure I loved my hair before I left. When I stopped at the store on the way home I had a women ask where I get my hair done she loved cut! I sent her here and hope she books an appointment soon.

Just moved to E-town & needed a new salon. I saw Kylie for the first time & until I style it myself, I never know if the cut will work. I’m glad to say that after styling it, the cut is perfect. Thank you, Kylie, for listening & giving me a great cut!

I was booked for a 4:45 pm appointment on 10/7/25 but into my hair wash I was informed that there was not enough time allocated to me to get what I needed done due to my stylist having others coming in. Seems they only allotted a half hour to me to get a wash, conditioner and simple corn rolls because I wear a wig, so nothing fancy. The shop called me and set up the appointment; I became upset when told there was not enough time so my argument was the person making the appointments needs to be skilled in setting up appointments as everyone’s time is valuable to them. Saying all of that, I left very disappointed. My stylist is a doll and it was not her fault. I can explain this better than writing it.
