Nail Time

I showed two simple nail designs—just dark tips and a couple stars—and asked for whichever was easier and cheaper. I asked for coffin shape, but my nails came out crooked. The man took forever, so I thought he was being precise, but now I don’t think that’s the case. The young woman who finished was sweet, but her trainer kept yelling at her the whole time. I was so uncomfortable because it was nonstop and what do I say or do in that circumstance? 😂The salon itself was dirty—nail dust everywhere, I just stared at the place in disgust as I was getting my nails done. (Probably should’ve just left). I didn’t notice until the end that some of my nails had a big lump from uneven polish, and not putting the acrylic gel on properly. They’re already chipping off at the side and it’s only day 3. They charged me $70 for this. My sisters and mom went a day prior to me going and they got similar nails and designs. They’re charged my family a lot less, $35 less to be exact🫠I didn’t complain, but honestly, I should’ve. Save your money and go somewhere else.

My daughter and I got gel mani/pedis and this place is FILTHY. If they have health standards to meet, they’d fail miserably. Michelle did a good job on my nails and she’s friendly. Her husband cut corners on my daughter’s mani/pedi. No top coat on her toes! Her nails looked sloppy and were completely chipped by day 2. Every single one. $150+tip…we will not be back.

Not even 24 hours after getting gel polish this happened. I called they said to come back. T She was nasty to me. She was treating me like a child. Told me that she would fix them this time, however next time she wouldn't do so. My current nails were rushed and have bubbles.

They took me in without an appointment at 545... started at 6 ... out by 7!! Full set acrylics - French Manicure ... 40 bucks!

I had an appointment today, July 30th, only to be told by a mall security guard that nail time had closed as of Monday. Owners moved to North Carolina. No signage, nothing. I have been a customer for years and am so disappointed in how this was handled
