2025-07-31Always a great experience here. They are so meticulous and detail oriented and they care for my nails so precisely. For that reason, appts may take a bit longer, especially if you’re getting a design or nail art, but it is so worth it, and they make you very comfortable while they service you. This is the first studio where I’ve NEVER had a nail break or chip in between monthly appointments.

2025-10-31I had a recent appointment a few days ago with eleven. Im not sure what his issue is, but when a client is asking for something specific to be done to their nails, thats whats expected. I asked for tips for just two nails because they were chipped. He agreed, but then proceeded to add tips to all of my nails, and then charged me for something I did not ask for. Furthermore, when i ask him to cut down my nails, he does not. Its like he decides what he wants to do with your nails. He also has scheduling issues. He will confirm an appointment and have you wait between 30min - 1.5hours. Every time I got my nails done, Tina has done a wonderful job, but she only works on the one day I am not available.
