Selena was so personable and fun! She did a great job on my nails and booking was easy over the phone. They were able to squeeze me in last min. The studio was clean and inviting! Thank you to everyone at Crush! I'll be back for sure🤍

I cannot say enough good things about Crush Bar. I’ve been to almost all the salons west of Pittsburgh and Crush goes above and beyond. Macie is an absolute rockstar. She makes suggestions or if I give her an idea she always nails it (pun intended). She is very detail oriented and takes her time to make sure you get the perfect manicure and always ensures you are happy with the finished product. The owner keeps this place clean and cute and so sweet to her staff and customers. If you’re not going to Crush, what are you even doing?

i have been going to crush ever since they gained hayden as a nail tech, she is the absolute best! she is so kind to me & always fulfills whatever ideas i have! i am always greeted with a smile by hayden & the rest of the crush employees when i walk in, so i always feel welcomed! definitely recommend going to crush & having hayden as your nail tech!!

This salon does not value their customers or their staff members. I have been getting an acrylic fill with Selena for over a year now and have never been happier. I did not like the environment when the other girls were around, but Selena was always so personable and sweet and took her time, so the other employees did not bother me. The business decided to lose the best employee they had, which is going to cost them business. Selena was the only one in that salon that greeted others and talked to you, even if you weren’t her client. All of the other girls are extremely young and rude, quite frankly. They look you up and down when you walk in and will not say a word to you. The manager Riane acted like she had no clue who I was every time I stepped in there even though I had been going for over a year. She does not even really know how to do nails since I hear her asking her employees for help the entire time. The past few times I have gone in, Hayden will not address me directly but will speak to my back and ask me how I’m paying. She does this so she can close the drawer early and get out of there before close. Any business that allows employees to do a drawer of money while customers are in there is extremely unprofessional. When they decided to lose Selena, I received a text the night before my pedicure appointment that said “your appointment has been cancelled. See you next time.” No one even tried to reschedule with me. I called the next morning and spoke with the owner Amy. She told me she could not get me in at my original appointment time. That’s whatever, but then I asked who is going to take over my acrylic fill appointments because Selena was the only one that did them (none of the other girls will do acrylic) Amy flat out told me that they are going to only do gel x. So not only do they lose their best and nicest employee, they cancel my appointment without calling me first, and then they get rid of a service without notice to their paying customers. Cute nails, but I would not give your money to a business that wants a bunch of 20 year olds with no work ethic running the place. Last but not least, if the nail tech you go to at crush does not like you or you don’t match their aesthetic and preference for clients, they will do everything in their power to get rid of you and move you to someone else’s books. Hayden does it :)

What a wonderful experience! I took my 83 year old mom, myself, and my future daughter-in-law for pre-wedding pampering! We had THE BEST manicures and pedicures! The bride had nail art done by Kiera, and it’s pure artistry. Everyone was so genuinely nice. Macie took great care of my mom and was beyond sweet! The owner, Riane, is amazing! The salon is so welcoming, fun, and clean. The ladies are professional and fun and so sweet. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and the bride-to-be feel special. And Riane went above and beyond and fixed the bride’s bangs that another salon messed up- THANK YOU! An awesome place for any age for a couple hours or a day of pampering!
