Horrible horrible nail salon! Do not attempt! My tech was booked so I went here! I came in with great shaped nails and this was my experience! It seems like the tech that they had doing my nails had no experience! I asked for someone to help and then next lady argued with me saying my nails looked fine! Never again! My nails before are the pink nails and after is the when the lady shaped my nails and I asked for help and then the final product is what y'all see what the glitter! Horrible!

1st time here for nails and I am so disappointed. Everything seemed to be going wrong. I usually take my nails off myself but this time I decided to do a “soak off” to preserve my natural nail length. Only to have them cut all the way down without my approval. She started cutting away without even asking me. That defeated the purpose of a soak off and I could have saved myself 10 dollars by doing it myself. She didn’t even let my nails soak she used an acrylic tip and started jamming it into my nail trying to pry the nail off. Again defeating the purpose of a soak because it’ll still be causing damage to my natural nail bed. Did not ask me what base color I wanted, then continued to give me coffin shape again without asking. Then when I realized I spoke up and she had to remove it all to place square tip. No communication. When I originally cane in for an appointment I vocalized I wanted someone who knew what they were doing when it came to French tips. They usually always cost more with French tip so therefore I want to pay for good service. So upset with this visit, most likely won’t be coming back or next time I’ll make sure to go to someone who takes their time and is passionate about their work not just trying to get money out of people. Nails are a luxury yes, so therefore I would like for them to be done right and if something isn’t right I’m going to speak up about it. Asked for a particular design couldn’t get it right, I has to settle for less and get something different. I wanted the heart, the lady had to do it more than 3 times and I just had to tell her to leave the heart be and give me French tip. This is the worst nail set I’ve ever got had to pay $80 and even though I didn’t plan on tipping due to my horrible experience I still tipped her because at the end of the day she still is doing her job.

Danny is amazing! He did my nails perfect and he has such attention to detail! My nails came out exactly like I wanted them too and he asked about how I liked it the entire time! Perfect!

I think the only thing this place is great for is pedicures… and even then sometimes they are just okay. Girl was more worried about ruining her own nails than doing my toes. For my hands I asked for dip polish and asked for tips to even out my nails since I had just taken off my gel x weeks prior to going. While doing my nails the tips kept breaking off after she had just glued them!!! Automatically I thought great these are going to break as soon as I get home, she had to reglue them about 4 times.. I wanted them to look natural and short but instead the women kept insisting long, it took me about 5 times to tell her as short as possible for her to understand exactly what I WANTED. Let’s just say 4 days later 3 nails broke off and $60 went down the drain. I don’t think I’ll be going back unless it’s for a pedicure and even then I’ll have to think about it since my last visit my toe wasn’t even painted correctly 😒

I have been coming here for 4 years every time I come it is always a different price, if you are going to charge 65 for a full set 10 dollars to remove broken tips and additional 15 dollars for polish you should discuss your prices with clients especially those that come every 2 weeks. 90 dollars for a full set that isn’t a design or fancy is ridiculous. I only came to salon because of Danny because he was amazing but since he left every time I have come in most weeks for just a refill and gel polish the prices are different but tonight paying 90 dollars for a full set and cat eye gel polish is ridiculous. You have lost a customer for sure. Kelly is great tho and does a great job I just can’t keep dealing with inconsistent prices and charges when I come in every 2 weeks.
