The best nail salon I’ve been too in long time I’ve been searching for a new salon and I love this one there very professional and courteous a wonderful calm place . They are dedicated to taking care of all your needs and do awesome work.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! They are wonderful!!! And they do a beautiful job. Their selection of gel colors is amazing!!! So many to choose from and she did an absolutely fabulous job on my Thanksgiving mani ❤️❤️❤️

I am very picky when it comes to my nails and this place never disappoints me. They do Such a great job, every single time. They’ve helped my natural nails grow longer and I love a natural look! Love this place! Definitely recommend!

The first time here was a wonderful experience, even though the nail tech didnt know how to do cateye style, but he picked it up once he was shown how. The first time I really felt like I was welcomed. I wanted to wait to review this place jn case that experience was a “honeymoon” experience. Welp, the 2nd time was just the opposite! It took a total of 2 hours and 3 different people. 1st person filed off my nail polish, the female owner “shaped” them and did the gel and then the male owner did the rest. The male owner is nice but I was already “shut down” from the female owner. She took my nails down short, but not like the picture I showed them, but I figured I needed to trust the process. When she was done with putting the gel on and shaping them, I went to wash my hands and I was kind of inspecting them because the one nail she had to repair didnt feel right and the shapes are off. So when she came back and asked me how they were she already had my hands in her hands and I’m trying to explain it to her and she gave me a BIG SIGH as if she was saying in her head “ oh, here we go!!” Now dont get this twisted, the first time I was here, the female owner was talking better English than me, she was laughing and we were exchanging fun stories. She was being super friendly. They got a big tip the first time because I was so joyed with the experience. This time she didn’t even ask how I was doing. She didn’t even speak English, except for when she was asking me what do I mean? Greater part is that when she was done with me, she went over to two younger ladies and was talking and asking them stuff IN ENGLISH and making them welcomed with small talk. So in the male manager asked me is everything good, I said please just go ahead and put the nail polish on so I can pay my bill and leave. I told him I did not appreciate being sighed at and that if somebody doesn’t want to hear whether you like it or not, then just tell her not to ask. I then added that she spoke no English to me, but went over to the other ladies and was speaking to them. He tried to use the excuse that she doesn’t know English very well, lol. I immediately responded and asked “do remember me? ..because I have been here before. “. He said yes I remember you and I said OK because she should remember me too because she speaks better English than me!! We were all laughing and talking the first time I was there and I had no problem understanding her. My nails look absolutely horrendous, I am ashamed to show this AND NOW I HAVE RED CUTICLES with BULKY, UNEVEN Nails. I was supposed to get my eyebrows done, but I didn’t want to take a chance. I probably would’ve ended up walking out with one eyebrow, lol. So now after two dates with Ruby, I think I will pass. Yes, i love for my nails to be the same width and thickness, not looking like its sticking out like I glued them on. I love good service.. i love to enjoy what I spend on myself.. i will be the first person to ignore the small ooops as long as I feel welcomed. I will not be sighed at and be treated like I am asking for too much, when all I asked for was what I was paying for.

I had an amazing experience at Ruby Nail Salon! I got an acrylic manicure and pedicure. I'm pretty picky with my nail techs/ salon, but the technicians here were incredibly hospitable and professional, making me feel right at home. The service was top-notch, and the attention to detail was impeccable. Plus, the design of the salon is absolutely high-end, creating a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. The best part? The prices are fair for the quality of service you receive. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a professional, high-quality, and affordable nail salon experience! Will be back ☺️🩵
