2025-11-03I’ve had many services done with the salon and they’ve always been amazing. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I recently had Head Spa Treatment . I did go ahead and splurge and had the facial and the blowout. It was amazing. The chair massages your back the whole time there’s a massage compressions on your legs and your arms. I highly recommend it. Erica is the one that did my service but I’m sure they all will do a great job. Sometimes to make the best you, you have to pamper yourself a little bit, so go check it out.

2024-04-19my hairstylist (cheyann) had a family emergency and couldn’t do my hair. someone from the salon texted asking if i would like to reschedule or see a different stylist (hailey) due to rearranging my schedule, i decided to get my hair done by hailey.. i explained to her what cheyann and i had talked about and showed her pictures. my ends turned red, the solution was to just cut it off.. i said no, my hair had to process AGAIN. she didn’t have time to finish my hair due to having another appointment. i paid 280-300 and left with my hair soaking wet. i had to go home and style it myself. after styling my hair, i noticed how awful it was blended, my hair was dry and uneven. i sent hailey pictures and explained what i didn’t like. i got one response and that was it. i sent cheyann a picture and set up a consultation. my hair was so dry and damaged i had to cut my hair to my chin. i then had to get my hair fixed and pay AGAIN. cheyann has been doing my hair for yearss and it’s been the healthiest it’s been and i never had an experience like this. i would recommend seeing cheyann or going to a different salon. although i had to cut inches off and left in tears, cheyann did everything she could to make me love my hair. i will NEVER allow someone else to touch my hair.
