2025-11-09Shame on me! My usual nail salon didn’t have any room for walk-ins and I was desperate to get my nails done, so I tried this place. The nail color in the book vs. what was on the bottle were shades different - but they had me convinced that a second coat would do the trick. It didn’t. At that point, I was pressed for time and decided to just let it be. Already frustrated with myself for going to another salon, I patiently waited for them to trim my cuticles - which they never did. She just added the cuticle oil to give them that “in the moment” shine that only lasted until I washed my hands again. There is no hand massage or additional fluff, just the basics. I would have expected more from a salon with high reviews.

She was patient, professional, and attentive to my needs, especially since I have sensitive skin. She also completed my nails in a timely manner. I plan to return to her for a second visit.
