2025-06-24Perfect day off spent at the Colosseum Spa! Had a wonderful and relaxing massage by Chrissy and also spent time in the sauna, pool, and hot tub. The pool/hot tub area are so cozy and relaxing. Drinks, snacks, towels, robes, and slippers provided. The staff across the board were friendly and helpful. Cannot wait to go back for another visit!

I had a massage with Morgan and she was phenomenal — so kind, professional, and really skilled. She listened to what I needed and made sure I left feeling completely refreshed. 2025-07-16I made an appointment for my sister and I to use the spa area. I made the appointment on a Wednesday for Saturday. I checked in for my pedicure and our spa appointments. After my pedicure; we were taken back and shown the spa area and we were told how to operate the hot tub. We got ready, went to the hot tub and turned it on. When we went to get in, there was a tiny sign taped on the handle going into the hot tub saying it was out of order. We went to the front desk and was informed there was an electrical issue with the hot tub and therefore could not be used! I was told it had been broken for a week! Not once when I made my appointment or checked in was I told the hot tub was out of order! And a little tiny sign taped to a handle was not sufficient notice for something that could have electrocuted us had we gotten in!!! I am beyond irritated. I feel I should have been notified when I made the appointment or at the very least, when I checked in for my appointment!

2023-05-24Went in to inquire and booked appointments for my daughter and I. They are amazing with children and gave her the best mani/pedi experience. We got a private tour and even got to see the sapphire salt water pool. My phone ran out of battery, or photos would have been taken!!! It is a must! We are booked for more appointments and plan to try and visit the pool! Everything is amazing and the staff is top notch!!! Loved it! We will be back!
